DECLARATION UNDER RIGHT TO INFORMATION (RTI)

STATUTORY DECLARATION ON RTI ACT

Section 4(1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of Sir Rashbehari Ghosh Mahavidyalaya, Ukhrid Purba Bardhaman.  It covers all the rules and regulations which are implemented by the Govt of India, Govt of West Bengal, affiliating University (Burdwan University), and the Governing Body of the college.The College comes under “Grant in Aid” category and therefore all financial transactions are audited by the Government.  All the  statutory committees of the institution come under section 4(1) (b) of RTI  Act 2005. The RTI  applications  is to be send to the SPIO of Indas Mahavidyalaya  and  the quarries are to be written in a plain paper affixing a court fees of amount Rs. 10/-
