Grievance Redressal Cell

As an institution committed to the well-being of both students and staff, we recognize that grievances or concerns may arise. To address these effectively, the Grievance Redressal Cell was established in 2023.

The cell aims to foster a positive and supportive learning environment on campus. It serves as a platform where students can freely express their concerns, even anonymously if they prefer. Every written grievance is given due consideration, and any serious issue is thoroughly investigated. Necessary measures are taken promptly to enhance support services. However, grievances arising from personal animosity are strongly discouraged to uphold the integrity of this institution.

The Grievance Redressal Cell has successfully resolved numerous issues raised by students and staff. Since the 2023-24 academic session, the college has also introduced an online grievance submission system for greater accessibility.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Cell

  • To assist students facing challenges related to academics, fees, scholarships, library access, classroom management, extracurricular facilities, or any other college-related matters.
  • To provide a fair, impartial, and efficient mechanism for resolving grievances.
  • To promote a healthy student-teacher relationship and uphold the dignity of the institution.
  • To educate students about their rights, responsibilities, and entitlements.
  • To gather feedback from students to enhance institutional services.
  • To uphold scientific temperament in all grievance-handling processes.
